Sales Team Leader
- Salary -Php 40,000 plus performance-related bonuses
- Type of work – Full time (remote)/40 hours a week (Monday to Friday)
- Work schedule – US time zone

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Filipino applicants only
- Experience as a Sales Team Leader
- In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly customer service/call center/sales
- Built multiple high performing telesales team in multiple industries
- Proven track record of building/maintaining high-performing sales teams
- Good organizational skills
- Team management experience
- Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
- Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
- Energetic and motivating individual
- With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or fiber) and with internet backup
