Order Processing & Returns Specialist

Salary – $800 per month                                                                                                        
Type of work – Full time (remote), 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)              
Work schedule – US time zone                                                                                               
Job level – Expert or senior level          

QUALIFICATIONS:             

• South African applicants
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or order processing role
• Highly capable in problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism
• Familiarity with Shopify, Google Maps and basic geographical assessments
• Proficient in using Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Sheets, Slides
• Capable to work independently and take initiative in resolving issues
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexible and can work any hours of the day
• With fast, reliable and stable Internet connection (LAN or fiber) and with Internet backup
