About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR/Recruitment Associate to help facilitate the company’s hiring process – including screening, scheduling, and onboarding new team members globally

To be successful in this position, you should have excellent organizational and desktop/spreadsheet skills. Experience with working with HR systems or applicant tracking systems is a plus.

This role is remote and will report to the Recruiting Coordinator.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist and support recruitment coordinator in recruitment duties such as screening applicants, scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, and monitoring emails
  • Assist recruitment manager in hiring and screening of prospective candidates
  • Working closely with the human resources department to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork
  • Screening candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience
  • Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails
  • Resolving issues such as interview cancellations swiftly
  • Assist recruitment staff in researching additional posting options
  • Review and assess candidates’ suitability for the required post
  • Build and manage candidates’ databases
  • Take on additional HR tasks and duties as assigned

The ideal candidate has:

  • At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role screening candidates
  • Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting (LinkedIn / Indeed) is a PLUS.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in human resources, business, or relevant field
  • Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
