- Capable to work done via mobile phones, such as phone calls as well as non-verbal channel
- Excellent knowledge of customer relationship management best practices
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
- Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office
- Flexible and can work any hour of the day.
