Client Support

  • Salary – $1000 to $1200 per month                                                               
  • Type of work – full-time (remote), 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)                 
  • Work schedule – US time zone                                                                                  
  • Job level – expert/senior level                                                                                                                                                                                         

QUALIFICATIONS:                                                                                                 

  • South African applicants only                                                                                               
  • Work experience as a client support (virtual assistant) agent, particularly in customer service
  • Capable of responding like an omnichannel 911 operator. Channels include phone, text, WhatsApp, Facebook messages, email, etc.                                                                     
  • Ability to make phone calls as well as non-verbal channels                                       
  • Excellent knowledge of customer relationship management best practices             
  • High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail            
  • Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal)                              
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills                                                            
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills                                                           
  • Ability to work under pressure                                                                      
  • Proficiency with computers and MS Office                                                          
  • Flexible and can work any hour of the day
