- Salary – $1000 to $1200 per month
- Type of work – full-time (remote), 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

- Work experience as a client support (virtual assistant) agent, particularly in customer service
- Capable of responding like an omnichannel 911 operator. Channels include phone, text, WhatsApp, Facebook messages, email, etc.
- Ability to make phone calls as well as non-verbal channels
- Excellent knowledge of customer relationship management best practices
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
- Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office
- Flexible and can work any hour of the day
