About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a results-driven Call Center Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Sales representatives are responsible for selling a company’s products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls and providing existing customers with exceptional support. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is required
What You’ll Do:
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, and weekly work plans
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Develop and maintain lead relationships through phone calls, emails and chat
- Achieve new orders
- Receive and make between 75 and 125 inbound / outbound calls daily. Must be proactively contacting leads to convert into sales
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction using our CRM application.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and customer objectives
