Operations Associate (Inventory Planner)     


  • Salary – $1,000 to $1,200 per month
  • Type of work – Full time (remote) / 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday) 
  • Work schedule –  PST time zone
  • Job level – Expert

  • Filipino applicants only 
  • 2 to 4 years experience in order management, where you have worked on Order entries and Inventory Planning  
  • In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in Supply Chain management  
  • With deep understanding, knowledge, and experience in the supply chain, logistics, distribution, and warehousing
  • Experience in eCommerce DTC and B2B operational roles with experience in the supply chain, logistics, distribution, and warehousing
  • Capable of collaborating and working with a global network of 3PLs and transportation providers 
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive business decisions                       
  • Proven track in building and implementing an ERP system. Keep tracking of inventory forecasting, considering lead time and fluctuations in demand                                    
  • Knowledge in conducting integration and retailer setup via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)  
  • Experience in  product management lifecycle. Regularly assess inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory 
  • Capable to do project management, communication and organization skills 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and energetic environment. Assisting the Operations Coordinator in handling day-to-day operational duties and offering support as required
  • Proficient in G Suite (Spreadsheets, Docs, and Drive)
  • Excellent in devising and executing internal workflows to improve transparency and operational efficiency
  • Highly analytical, data-driven person. Validate inventory counts, locations, and statuses against physical inventory
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough checks on orders and shipments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough checks of inventory records for accuracy and completeness                                                                          
  • Ability to prepare ad hoc reports on operational tasks, providing detailed insights and analysis to support the decision-making process   
  • Supervise all inbound and outbound transportation activities to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Capable to monitor vendor performance and promptly address issues or concerns to ensure smooth operations 
  • Knowledge in generating periodic reports on inventory status, vendor performance, and transportation operation 
  • With fast, reliable, and stable internet connection (LAN or fiber) and with internet backup.
