Aristo Sourcing is looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to join the team.

Here is what we are looking for in a SA Customer Service Team Lead:
• 3 to 5 years of direct management experience in e-commerce, leading a team of 10+ agents.
• Experience hiring and onboarding, coaching team members, and implementing corrective actions.
• Comfortable taking escalated calls and able to successfully de-escalate and defuse difficult customers
• Manage and track attendance.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides. Familiar with ShipStation, ShippingEasy, or other shipping platforms.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce and others.
• Ability to track the KPI of the team and identify opportunities for improvement of metrics and processes
• Internet speed test required. Consistent hard-wired ethernet internet speeds (25Mbps Download / 5Mbps Upload / Less Than 100ms Ping) and uninterrupted connection.
• Power backup in place to avoid interruptions.
Since we have struggled with consistent connection and poor internet speeds with current staff, we want to be sure to, as much as possible, screen for those who have: a reliable connection, good standard internet speeds, and reliable power with backup.
